Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in all daily operations
- Lead shifts and supervise team members in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Manage cash handling, deposits, and inventory controls
- Ensure labor, food cost, and operational goals are achieved
- Maintain compliance with company policies and brand standards
- Create a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (rotating)
- Dependable with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic computer and cash handling knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
