What you will do as a Tax Associate:
Take inbound calls from clients who are inquiring about their Federal Tax issues.
Make follow up calls daily on your pipeline or others and another source of marketing we provide,
Send emails and texts to follow up on your leads
Utilize a consultative sales approach to explain our programs and services
Manage your leads/calendar/time efficiently to ensure that all monthly sales goals are met
Build rapport to gain trust and future referrals.
The ideal candidate is:
Confident on the phone
Friendly and outgoing
Strong worth ethics; reliable
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Ready to make a lot of money, and have fun doing it.

Compensation:
Base pay + plus commission
