Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification in construction management is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably as a foreman or assistant foreman.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes applicable in the United States.

Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
