The Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 performs the full leasing cycle for the community, including prospect conversion, lease execution, renewal support, and resident retention efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease
- Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value
- Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities
- Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records
- Support marketing and outreach efforts
- Maintain model and tour readiness standards
- Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors
- Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up
- Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Multifamily leasing experience
- Basic understanding of competitor shopping and outreach marketing
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate leasing value propositions and community features
- Strong customer relationship-building and retention communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective conflict resolution and resident service communication abilities
- Strong follow-through and prospect follow-up communication skills
- Ability to collaborate professionally with residents, vendors, and onsite teams
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
- Working knowledge of property management software and CRM platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to manage prospect traffic, applications, and lease documentation digitally
- Experience using online leasing and resident communication systems
- Ability to analyze and maintain accurate leasing and traffic records
- Familiarity with digital marketing, outreach tools, and social media platforms
- Ability to adapt to new software systems and technology platforms quickly
PHYSICAL/WORK REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent walking, standing, touring, and computer use
- Weekend schedule flexibility required

- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
