What You’ll Do
As a CTS Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll:
- Interpret and maintains quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Maintains quality control procedures for each stage of the manufacturing and/or installation process and conducts regular inspections, audits, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Collects data for identifying trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintains accurate records and ensures documentation is complete, organized, and accessible for audits.
- Performs improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, and reduce defects.
- Works closely with team members to address quality issues, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitors customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implements corrective actions.
- Collaborates with team members to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Identifies potential risks to product quality and mitigates risk through collaborative problem solving and contingency plans.
- Participates in quality control meetings with project team and/or customer.
- Maintains Quality and Commissioning Schedules on the jobsite .
- Communicates and manages open observations with installation teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have 3+ years commercial electrical experience.
- NFPA 70E preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the electrical trade.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Committed to being drug free.
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking, preferred
