Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: New Smyrna Beach, FL
Pay: $20 to $21/hour depending on skill set and experience
Experience: Previous apartment maintenance experience or strong handyman skills required
Education: HVAC & CPO certifications preferred
Type: Full-time; Temporary
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional weekends may be needed)
HH Staffing is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)

Complete work orders efficiently and professionally

Troubleshoot maintenance issues and ensure proper resolution

Conduct unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents

Maintain clean and safe work areas

Communicate effectively with property staff and residents
Position Requirements:
- Experience with painting, drywall patching, and basic carpentry

Must be willing to work short-term assignments
- Reliable transportation and basic toolkit (including a drill)

Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems preferred

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
