About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and schedule-driven Administrative Coordinator / Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast-paced position that requires exceptional multitasking skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
- Create, prepare, and manage project estimates and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks, orders, and project milestones.
- Manage up to 25 active client projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Track schedules, deadlines, and project progress.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Prioritize competing deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Identify issues proactively and recommend solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong time management and scheduling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable with excellent follow-through and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word); experience with project management or estimating software is a plus.
- Previous experience in project coordination, construction administration, operations, office management, and positive customer service is preferred.
