Youth Soccer Coach – Summer Camp (Kansas City, MO)
We are looking for an experienced and energetic soccer coach to join our team for a summer camp program in Kansas City (MO).
Duration: End of June to end of July (approx. 4 weeks)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Soccer facility (Kansas City, MO)
Role Overview
You will lead and support training sessions for kids ages 4 to 18, adapting your coaching style to different age groups.
The focus is on:
- Fun and engagement for younger players (3–6)
- Technical development and game understanding for older groups
Responsibilities
- Lead daily training sessions adapted to each age group
- Create fun, engaging, and structured activities
- Teach basic motor skills and coordination (younger kids)
- Develop technical skills and small-sided games (older kids)
- Ensure a safe, positive, and energetic environment
- Manage group discipline and transitions between activities
Requirements
- Previous experience as a soccer coach (required)
- Experience working with young children (very important)
- High energy, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and group management skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Bonus (Not Required)
- Coaching licenses (USSF, UEFA, etc.)
- Experience in summer camps or early childhood programs
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
