Qualifications:
- 2+ years of dealership experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes (a plus!).
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting the perfect vehicle.
- Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing features and benefits of various models.
- Manage the entire sales process—from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads, follow-ups, and interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Assist with inventory control by tracking available vehicles and supporting stock management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through training sessions.
