Driver/Warehouse Associate Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warehouse: Assist Warehouse team with organizing, picking, and prepping clothing & accessory merchandise for store delivery.
Pick-Ups & Delivery: Pick up Merchandise from Vendors and bring to Warehouse. Drive to retail stores to deliver merchandise.
Invoices: Pick up and maintain invoices from Vendor for company records.
Loading & Unloading : Help pack Van / Truck with merchandise at the Warehouse. Unload at store locations and bring to store team.
Loss Prevention, Safety, and Compliance: Adhere to policies and procedures, standards and practices, and company directives. Protect company assets. Comply with company safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs. Report any and all concerns to management.
Professional Conduct: Model behavior that respects the background, experience, and cultural differences of others, while upholding the integrity and values of Tenshoppe.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Spanish speaking preferred
Valid Drivers License; previous driving experience preferred
Ability to work well within a team and take direction
Ability to receive feedback and act on it when appropriate
Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast‐paced environment
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks
Able to sit and drive for hours at a time with only short rest breaks
Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
