Job Overview
We are seeking a confident, outgoing, and reliable Live Streamer to join our growing team. This role focuses on live selling and audience engagement on TikTok and Whatnot, while also supporting fulfillment and social media efforts behind the scenes.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment ideal for someone who is comfortable on camera, quick on their feet, and excited to interact with live audiences in real time.
This position begins part-time with strong potential to grow into full-time hours based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Host and assist with live selling sessions on TikTok and Whatnot
- Engage with live audiences in real time and drive product sales
- Present products clearly, confidently, and persuasively
- Assist with order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping
- Help maintain organized inventory and workspace
- Support short-form video creation and social media growth
- Collaborate on strategies to increase engagement and sales performance
Hours & Growth Potential
This role will begin at approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase up to 40 hours per week based on performance, availability, and business demand.
High-performing candidates may transition into a full-time position.
Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting live sessions
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Able to multitask in a live selling environment
- Familiarity with TikTok and social media platforms preferred
- Previous live selling or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with golf products or golf culture is a plus and will support success in this role, but is not required
Compensation growth and increased hours will be tied directly to performance, engagement, and sales effectiveness.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand during live streams
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 25–40 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or inventory environment
Introductory Period
This position includes a 60-day introductory period to ensure a strong mutual fit. Continued employment and expanded hours will be based on performance, professionalism, and overall alignment with the brand.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
