Casa Sol Psychology is a growing private practice in Coral Gables, FL, specializing in trauma and ADHD for Millennial and Gen Z women. Founded by a solo practitioner with a full caseload and a strong, established marketing strategy, we are expanding and looking to bring on a dedicated clinician to grow with the practice long-term.
This is a fully private-pay practice (no insurance), offering both in-person sessions in Coral Gables and work-from-home flexibility.
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed therapist or psychologist who specializes in ADHD and trauma and is trained in evidence-based and/or somatic modalities such as EMDR, ART, TIR, somatic therapy, DBT, or similar approaches. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality care and is interested in building a long-term role within a supportive and values-driven practice.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required
- Specialized experience working with ADHD and trauma
- Training in modalities such as EMDR, ART, TIR, somatic therapy, DBT, or similar
- Comfortable providing both in-person (Coral Gables) and virtual sessions
- Willingness to create professional therapy-related social media content (no prior experience required, but openness is essential)

- This position is not open to interns or pre-licensed clinicians
- This role is not a fit for clinicians who currently own, plan to open, or intend to build their own private practice
