Hillary Custom Cleaning is looking for a reliable, motivated person to join our leadership team and grow into a management role over time.
This is not simply a cleaning position.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership, solve problems, support employees, maintain quality standards, and eventually grow into operational leadership.
This role includes a mix of:
- Commercial cleaning
- Quality control inspections
- Restocking and supply delivery
- Account check-ins
- Covering shifts when needed
- Employee support and communication
- Helping maintain schedules and standards
- General supervisory responsibilities
Schedule
Approximately 30 hours per week:
- Mostly evenings and weekends
- Some daytime availability required
- Schedule varies depending on operational needs

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone required
- Comfortable using Connecteam for:
- Time clock
- Scheduling
- Communication
- Quality control checklists
- Ability to work independently
- Background check required
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies
Compensation & Growth
Starting pay:
$20-22 an hour (depending on experience)
This position is intended to develop into a management-level opportunity for the right candidate.
