We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate to support a fast-paced consumer goods distribution operation shipping to major retailers including Walmart, Amazon, Tractor Supply, Dicks Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx and other major retail partners. This role requires accuracy, accountability, and comfort working in an RF-enabled warehouse environment. If you’ve worked in retail compliance or high-volume distribution, you’ll feel at home here.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify inbound shipments using RF scanners / WMS
- Pick, pack, label, and stage outbound orders for major retail partners
- Build pallets to retailer specifications (including Amazon/Walmart compliance)
- Accurately scan inventory movements and maintain real-time system accuracy
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (forklift if certified)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse
- Follow SOPs for labeling, cartonization, palletization, and routing
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience involving inventory management, order picking & packing, or shipping & receiving is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with RF scanners and WMS systems required
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail—accuracy matters
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Previous warehouse experience involving inventory management, order picking & packing, or shipping & receiving is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, or other heavy equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations is essential.
Preferred Experience
- Retail distribution experience shipping to Walmart, Amazon, Costco, and other big box retailers.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to be trained)
- Experience with compliance labeling, ASN accuracy, and pallet standards

Compensation & Benefits
- $19.00–$21.00/hour, depending on experience
