Job Title: Laser Cutting Machine Operator
Location: Ontario California
Job Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $25-$40
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate laser cutting machines to produce high-quality materials based on job specifications.
- Set up and calibrate machines to ensure proper functioning and precision cutting.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency throughout production.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser cutting machines.
- Follow safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain an organized work area and ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Laser Cutting Machine Operator or similar role more than 5 years.
- Familiarity with fiber laser cutting machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
