Balance Staffing is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team in Carrollton, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with quality inspection experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping ensure products meet the highest standards.
What You'll Do:
- Inspect incoming materials, parts, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify dimensions and specifications
- Read and interpret drawings, product specifications, and inspection procedures
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records
- Support production by identifying quality concerns and recommending corrective actions
- Assist with audits and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ 2–4 years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment
✔ Experience using inspection and measuring equipment
✔ Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation
✔ Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
✔ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
✔ Reliable attendance and a commitment to quality
