Responsibilities
- Conduct sales visits and community outreach to identify potential customers interested in telecommunication solutions
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and follow-ups
- Present compelling product demonstrations and technical sales pitches tailored to diverse customer needs, emphasizing the benefits of energy-efficient solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales by addressing customer questions, overcoming objections, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and promotional strategies that increase brand awareness in multilingual communities
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product features to position our solutions effectively in the marketplace
- Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and a customer-first attitude during all interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, especially in energy sales, solar sales, or technical sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred for engaging diverse communities
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Experience with direct sales techniques and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of energy products, renewable solutions, or related technical fields is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others toward achieving sales goals
