Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing organization in Sussex, WI with their search for a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Manager. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The company is open to both full-time and part-time schedules (approximately 20-40 hours per week) depending on experience. Compensation is estimated at $35.00-$50.00 per hour, with flexibility for candidates bringing senior-level marketing experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing initiatives and ongoing projects
- Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website updates
- Support SEO efforts and follow up on inbound web leads
- Coordinate marketing materials and logistics for upcoming trade shows
- Partner with internal leadership and external marketing resources to keep projects on schedule
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3+ years of marketing coordinator, marketing specialist, or similar experience
- Experience with digital marketing, email campaigns, website content management, and SEO
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
