Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House®). In 1967, Cathy founded and opened the first Chick-fil-A restaurant in Atlanta's Greenbriar Shopping Center. Responsibilities
- Spearhead acquisition, production, delivery, and follow-up for all catering orders.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of Chick-fil-A product mix and company vision.
- Handle guest issues that may arise during catering experience.
- Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, personally contributing to completion of orders.
- Complete all set-up and preparation for each catering order: boxes, utensils, sauces, bags, etc.
- Oversee and participate in serving at outside sales events.
- Keep the catering expense tracker spreadsheet up to date.
- Network with neighboring businesses and organizations.
- Grow and develop catering relationships through personal interactions and traditional marketing.
- Deliver catering orders.
