Compensation: Up to $60/hr + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: 4-days flexible work week, always 3-days weekend, No nights. No weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and fluoride treatments
- Perform periodontal charting and support treatment planning with the dentist
- Educate patients on oral health, home-care routines, and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
- Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to deliver excellent patient care
- Support a positive, team-oriented office culture
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license
- 1+ year of clinical dental hygiene experience
- Strong communication and patient-relations skills
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
Compensation & Benefits:
