Immediate Hiring – Start as Early as Next Week! We are actively hiring motivated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in the DFW Metroplex. We're looking to fill these positions immediately, with an anticipated start date as early as next week for qualified candidates. As a BT/RBT, you'll work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings
- Follow treatment plans and teaching procedures developed by supervising BCBA
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support skill development
- Attend supervision sessions and ongoing training as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- RBT certification preferred (training available for BTs)
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Strong communication, patience, and reliability
- Must pass a background check and meet state requirements
