Established and reputable South Florida company is looking to hire immediately.
Full time job with great benefits and overtime availability for a Drug Free work environment.
Position is to followup with customers and enter all service work performed in shop departments
Duties include but not limited to:
-Prepare quotes for repair jobs.
-Provide support to customers on pricing and followup
-Coordinate all inter-departmental work toward job completion within quotes.
-Check all repair data gathered by technicians and helpers.
-Review and track all job estimate paperwork.
-Research cost for parts needed to ensure the best pricing.
-Order supplies, equipment and parts needed for shop and/or jobs.
-Communicate with customers about the progression of repairs as well as Followup after job completion.
-Sell repairs products and all replacements jobs to customers.
MUST HAVE EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE ON ELECTRIC MOTOR or WATER PUMPS
