About the Role
Strike Energy USA is expanding into western Iowa and we're looking for self-motivated, results-driven sales reps to join our team. You'll be working with two of Iowa's largest utilities — MidAmerican Energy and Alliant Energy — to help local businesses take advantage of their Instant Discounts LED lighting program.
The pitch is simple: business owners get brand new LED lights for $1. All you need to close is a copy of their utility bill and confirmation they'll have the lights installed within 60 days. That's it. No complicated process, no waiting on rebate checks.
If you've sold door-to-door before — solar, pest control, home security, alarms, telecom — you already have the skills to crush this.
What You'll Do
- Canvass industrial facilities, warehouses, and auto body shops in assigned west Iowa territories
- Present the program to business owners and facility managers
- Collect a copy of the utility bill and confirm installation timeline
- Manage your own daily route and schedule

You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1+ year of door-to-door, outside, or in-home sales experience
- Are comfortable approaching business owners and decision-makers cold
- Are self-managed and don't need someone looking over your shoulder
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Are based in or willing to travel throughout western Iowa

Council Bluffs | Sioux City | Denison | Le Mars | Carroll | Missouri Valley | Ida Grove | Cherokee and surrounding rural counties
