-------------------------------ABOUT WORKING HERE--------------------------------
IndieBox is a small company, not a giant agency or corporate department. That means everyone here has a real impact, and everyone wears more than one hat (and we actually like it that way!).
Some days you may be designing packaging. Some days you may be chasing a vendor quote, organizing project notes, braingstorming product ideas with the team, updating a Shopify image, helping prep for a client presentation, or solving a weird template issue that nobody saw coming.
Every day presents new challenges and ideas from our clients. We’re looking for someone who is not only comfortable in that kind of environment but is excited by it.
The right person does not need every task handed to them one at a time. They notice loose ends, ask smart questions, follow-up, and look for ways to keep things moving. If a project is quiet for the moment, they find something useful to improve, organize, check, mock-up, document, or move forward - and they help keep the team informed of all of it.
You do not need to know everything. Nobody does - but you do need to care, pay attention, communicate clearly, and be willing to jump into the adventure.
Unfortunately, this position is not a remote position (we like to laugh together in person rather than scheduled Zoom calls). Please only apply if you can work in-office in Ocoee, FL.
Don't exactly fit ALL of these bullet points? That's okay! We also put a lot of value in intiative and attention to detail, so send us your resume and also tell us what your favorite restaurant is in central Florida in your cover letter. We're looking for team members that have a lot of drive and are passionate about building a company together. If you have strong critical thinking skills and a desire to learn, we want you on our team!
