As an Entry Level Sales Team Member (Spanish Speaking), you’ll connect with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers, helping them understand AT&T wireless options, upgrades, and plans. Your ability to clearly communicate in Spanish will play a key role in building trust, improving the customer experience, and driving sales results.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Team Member :
- Engage customers in Spanish and English to present AT&T products and services
- Explain AT&T wireless plans in simple, relatable terms to support sales
- Guide customers through upgrades, activations, and account changes
- Build strong relationships that lead to repeat sales opportunities
- Track interactions and follow-ups to maintain consistent sales performance
- Represent AT&T professionally in every customer interaction
What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Team Member:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Interest in sales and working directly with customers
- Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
