Your Role & Impact:
- Skilled Assistance: Provide high-quality support with personal hygiene, grooming, and specialized bedside care.
- Safe Mobility: Utilize your training for safe transfers, ambulation, and the operation of Hoyer lifts or other equipment.
- Comprehensive Care: Follow detailed care plans, manage light housekeeping, and prepare nutritious meals.
- Observation & Reporting: Act as a vital link in the care team by documenting services and communicating changes in client health.
What We Look For (Requirements):
- Experience: 1+ year of professional caregiving is preferred to ensure the best client outcomes.
- Reliability: You must have a personal vehicle, active auto insurance in your name, and a working smartphone.
- Health & Compliance: A negative TB test (within 12 months), current CPR certification, and the ability to pass a background check.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 220 lbs and perform tasks such as bending, squatting, and repositioning bed-bound clients.
