Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour + benefits
Primary Responsibilities:
· Provide essential physical support to clients, assisting with stabilization, walking, and transfers.
· Serve as a reliable partner in daily activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
· Maintain clear and consistent communication with your supervisor and the Amada office team.
· Monitor and report any significant changes in a client’s condition.
· Ensure client safety through medication and appointment reminders.
· Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
· Accompany clients to appointments, providing transportation and support.
· Provide personal care services, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
Requirements:
· Safely assist clients who require physical support, including lifting and transfers.
· 2 years of experience (home-health, senior care, nursing home, rehab).
· High school diploma or GED.
· Valid driver’s license and insurance if providing transportation for a client.
· Ability to commute reliably to client locations.
· Commitment to participating in company-sponsored online and in-person training and events.
Valued Skills:
· Experience in home health, hospice, or long-term care settings.
· Strong observational skills to monitor and report changes in a client's condition.
· Knowledge of caregiving practices for individuals with disabilities.
· Excellent communication skills to build trust with clients and collaborate with our team.
· Ability to understand and execute care plans accurately.
· Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
