Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $28.00-34.00/hr
Schedule: Day and Night shift
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Duration: Temp to Hire
Location: Eddystone, PA 19022
- Perform routine maintenance to keep machinery and equipment running smoothly with minimal downtime.
- Clean, grease, and service manufacturing equipment.
- Assist with maintenance of conveyors, feeders, mills, kilns, electrical systems, automation, and hydraulics (experience a plus).
- Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
- Troubleshoot equipment and system issues.
- Safely use hand tools and power tools as required.
Requirements:
- Drug and background screening
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Receptive to coaching and feedback
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with all departments
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Capable of repetitive motions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
