Job Description.
A time served expeditor from an aero or industrial background. Capable of accessing the workflow, generating a WIP LOB, understanding the flow, machines, touch and elapse times (including set up/tear down and lost times). Able to assess and identify bottlenecks, issues, concerns supported with opportunities to improve.
Able to build relationships at the working level and articulate status and opportunities to both the Supplier and Siemens Exec personnel. To host and facilitate, providing solutions to issues that impact normal business. Able to influence and keep the parts on track to commits.
Be flexible to travel where needed to support issues as they arise. Work with initiative, having an excellent feedback loop
