Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers with the highest level of professionalism and local market expertise.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the community
- Manage property listings from inception to close, leveraging our in-house transaction support.
- Assist buyers in finding and closing their dream homes
Qualifications
- Active California Real Estate License (Required).
- A strong desire to operate successfully in the residential market.
- Tech-savvy mindset.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Experience
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong desire to gain experience in residential real estate
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Familiarity with sales technology adoption tools such as CRM systems and marketing platforms
