As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in our lawn maintenance division.
As a Lawn Maintenance Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their properties are maintained to the highest standards. Your role blends customer service, team coordination, and operational oversight.
Compensation for this role is competitive and varies based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with crew leaders and teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Communicate with clients regarding schedules, issues, and enhancements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or account management
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Knowledge of turf care, irrigation, and seasonal landscaping practices
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic budgeting (optional)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Being bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
