Job Title: Assembler (Mech Mold)
Reports to: Production Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
The Assembler position will:
Perform variety of duties associated with assembly of vending machines. Assemble or install parts for vending machines. Also required to perform other tasks, as assigned by his or her supervisor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Obtain supplies, position work and follow verbal or written instructions
-
Follow detailed assembly instruction, processes and procedures
-
Assemble or install parts for vending machines
-
Complete tasks as directed with minimum supervision
-
Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards
-
Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task
-
Reports problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to supervisor
-
Perform other duties as directed that correspond to the overall function of this position

Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities

Desire to learn and work to the best of his/her abilities as well as dependable work ethic

Follow all company rules and policies
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Adequate communication skills; verbal and written

Ability to read and understand written instructions

Basic knowledge of electronics
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
-
Physically able to do bending, twisting, gripping, grasping and lifting
-
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Physically able to stand for up to 8 hours
-
Requires good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity
-
Physically able to use a wide variety of hand and power tools
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience/combined education
