- High Earning Potential: Earn $40 to $45 per hour OTE (On-Target Earnings) through our strong incentive and spiff structure.
- Relocation Assistance: Willing to cover moving expenses (via a relocation stipend) if you are moving to the area with a reciprocal Journeyman's license from another state.
- Paid Holidays (NINE): Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
- PTO: One week (after a year), two weeks (after three years), three weeks (after five years).
- Retirement Plan (IRA): 3% match, available upon hire, 100% vested immediately.
- Independence: Run your own service calls from a company-supplied van and start/finish from home every day.

- 5+ years of prior professional-level residential electrical service and troubleshooting experience.
- Must hold a valid Journeyman’s License (candidates with reciprocal out-of-state licenses are welcome!).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physically able to perform the day-to-day duties of an electrician.
- Strong computer/iPad skills; Service Titan experience is a major plus!
- Able to pass a drug test, background check, and MVR.
- Must be able to work M-F (7:00 AM start on Mondays, 7:30 AM start the rest of the week).
- Typically 8-hour days (though flexibility is occasionally needed to wrap up a project for a customer).
- Solve customer’s electrical problems and build confidence that their home will be safe.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues found in residential properties.
- Deliver top-notch, quality customer service.
- Assist customers in evaluating repairs versus replacement options and perform work as needed (light fixtures, switches, receptacles, circuit wiring, breakers, panels, and more).
- Perform routine maintenance inspections.
- Access areas of the home being serviced, including crawl spaces and attic areas.
- Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects.
- Provide work order descriptions and price customers’ projects on an iPad using Service Titan.
- Willing and able to work safely on ladders.
- Keep your company vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Career-Oriented: Looking for long-term stability with the desire to move into a Lead or Field Supervisor role under the direction of our Service Manager.
