Position Summary
Live Art International is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. As a nationally recognized art engagement and entertainment production firm, we create one-of-a-kind experiences for corporate events, festivals, galas, and brand activations across the country.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support, assist with sales and marketing initiatives, maintain company data, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Primary ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Sales Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the leadership team.
- Organize digital files and maintain company records.
- Assist the sales team with preparing client proposals and presentations.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials and collateral.
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms.
- Assist in creating engaging posts showcasing entertainment, activations, and events.
- Maintain an organized content library of photos and videos.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to basic inquiries.
- Help keep the company website and marketing materials current.
Data Entry & Database Management
- Maintain accurate client, vendor, and performer records.
- Enter and update event information, contacts, pricing, and inventory.
- Organize spreadsheets and databases to ensure information remains current.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in events, hospitality, entertainment, marketing, or a creative agency.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM software and social media platforms is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in the events, entertainment, hospitality, or marketing industries.
- Basic graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Photography or content creation experience is a bonus.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology.

Pay: $24.50 - $30.00 per hour
