Manage commercial interiors projects from pre-construction through close-out, primarily within historic/landmarked buildings

Coordinate with clients, architects, preservation consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with strict historical guidelines

Oversee budgets, schedules, and procurement of specialty materials (e.g., approved paints, plaster, finishes)

Ensure all work meets city-specific landmark and preservation regulations

Lead project meetings, provide reporting, and maintain stakeholder communication

Collaborate with site teams while maintaining a strong presence in the Brooklyn office
