Pioneer Millworks, located in Amarillo, TX, has an opening for a Purchasing Coordinator. Duties will include:
· Purchasing of raw materials and specialty items related to the manufacture of commercial millwork packages
· Assist with pricing of material for project proposals
· Coordinate material deliveries with internal project managers
· Assist with other front office duties as time permits
· Accounts payable data entry
Software used:
· Sage Paperless
· Sage 300
· Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Work/Education Requirements:
· Experience in purchasing
· Office admin experience
· Familiar with accounting software
· Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
This is an hourly position, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) savings plan.
