Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support construction, maintenance, and other labor-intensive projects. Duties
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed, following safety protocols at all times.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing basic maintenance.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with construction tools and safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
