Role Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated professional for an automotive manufacturing facility. This position operates on the 2nd shift in Greencastle, IN, offering a full-time schedule with a pay range of $20 to $22 per hour.
Core Responsibilities

Safely manage and oversee the operation of production machinery and automated systems to ensure optimal output.

Identify and resolve technical malfunctions to reduce operational interruptions and keep the production line moving.

Execute routine maintenance tasks and equipment calibrations to help improve overall process efficiency.

Provide guidance to team members to help maintain a secure and high-quality work environment that adheres to LOTO protocols.

Maintain precise documentation regarding output and waste to support ongoing Lean Manufacturing and 5S objectives.
Required Qualifications

Completion of a high school diploma or GED is necessary, with a preference for candidates who have a background in automotive or industrial settings.

Possess mechanical aptitude to assist in the upkeep of automated production hardware.

Understand established safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and methodologies for continuous improvement.

Demonstrate the ability to handle essential data entry and complete necessary production logs with precision.
