About the Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Production Manager in Melbourne, FL to lead high-end aircraft painting operations for VIP and business jets. In this role, you’ll oversee production across multiple shifts, ensure exceptional quality standards, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results on schedule. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily aircraft painting operations for VIP and corporate jets.

Manage production schedules, quality standards, and on-time delivery.

Lead and support painters, prep technicians, and detailers.

Ensure compliance with FAA, environmental, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with teams to execute custom paint and livery projects.

Monitor quality control, inspections, and documentation.

Drive continuous improvement in productivity and turnaround times.

Maintain professionalism and discretion with VIP clients.
Requirements:

5+ years of aircraft painting experience, preferably on business or VIP jets.

2+ years of leadership or management experience in aerospace.

Strong knowledge of aircraft coating systems, custom paint schemes, and high-gloss finishes.

Understanding of aviation regulations and luxury aircraft presentation standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience with production planning software and Microsoft Office.

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, or Business preferred.
