Description: Carroll College is seeking a dynamic and relationship‑driven Alumni and Community Engagement Coordinator to join the Advancement team. This position plays a key role in strengthening the connection between the college, its alumni, and the Helena community by assisting in the planning meaningful events, fostering engagement, and supporting donor cultivation efforts.
The Alumni and Community Engagement Coordinator will assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive schedule of alumni and community events, both in‑person and virtual, designed to build long‑term relationships and enhance institutional loyalty. The position collaborates closely with colleagues across Advancement and Marketing to support stewardship activities, develop compelling alumni‑focused content, and highlight achievements across digital and print platforms.
In addition to alumni engagement, the Coordinator serves as a liaison to the Helena community, cultivating partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and leaders. The role supports initiatives that bring the community to campus, promotes educational and cultural programming, and strengthens Carroll’s visibility and impact within the region.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Communication, Business or related field, plus 2 years’ related experience. Bachelor’s Degree and/or two years of alumni engagement experience preferred.
