As a Senior Business Analyst at ICON, you will analyse and improving business processes, systems, and strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Will Do:
Your experience in business planning and analysis will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:

Conducting detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, translating them into actionable plans and solutions.

Developing and presenting reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and strategies to senior management.

Implementing and monitoring business solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs.

Facilitating cross-functional workshops and meetings to drive project outcomes and foster collaboration between teams.
Your Profile:
You will have a strong foundation in business planning and analysis, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution development.

Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and present complex information clearly.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
