Seeking a Service Sales Representative to drive growth across commercial roofing service, repair, and preventative maintenance accounts throughout the Phoenix/AZ market.
This role will partner closely with operations teams to develop solutions for customers, manage service opportunities from initial contact through execution, and build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
Responsibilities:

Develop and grow commercial roofing service and maintenance revenue

Build strong customer relationships and identify repeat/upsell opportunities

Collaborate with service and production teams to scope, price, and execute projects

Manage customer communication throughout the project lifecycle

Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline activity

Support emergency response and service-related customer needs as required
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of commercial roofing service sales, estimating, repair, or maintenance experience with strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
