Oakfire Club is seeking hospitality professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional member experiences.
As a Member Experience Support team member, you will serve as an ambassador for the club, helping cultivate the welcoming atmosphere and genuine hospitality that make Oakfire feel like home.
While bartending and serving are important aspects of the position, this role extends far beyond traditional food and beverage service. Your primary responsibility is delivering outstanding personalized service, anticipating needs, and ensure an overall seamless experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized service to members and their guests
- Prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Serve small plates and light fare with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining areas, and service stations
- Bus and reset tables promptly to ensure an exceptional member experience
- Anticipate members' needs and provide attentive, proactive hospitality
- Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and daily operational duties
- Support club events, wine tastings, live music nights, and member experiences
- Uphold Oakfire's high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and presentation

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of serving or bartending experience in upscale restaurants, cocktail bars, hotels, or private clubs
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
- Experience working in a members-only club or luxury hospitality environment
- TABC Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
