Member Placement Specialist - $18-$21/hour

This is a full-time, M-F 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Use database to update records, process memberships, and help manage background checks applications and placements
- Ability to keep agreement records accurate
- Professional customer service to family, faculty, and staff
- Input data and use CRM systems
- Effective communication on the phone in person, and through email
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of database experience
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email, and the internet
- At least 3 years of customer service experience
- Supports the mission and values of the Girl Scouts and believes in the value of volunteers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for up to three hours at a time
- Valid Arizona driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation for local travel
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Available to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
