As a Front of House Lead, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our front of house staff. Experience in bartending/front of house is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Support and Leadership: Help the flow of service and serve as the shift manager. Ensure that front of house team is following company policies and managing workflow efficiently. Serve as the point person if issues arise.
- Customer Service: Support staff in providing excellent customer service and assist with conflict resolution as needed.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks efficiently during busy hours.
- Mixing and Pouring Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Front of House Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience REQUIRED in a full-service restaurant or bar environment.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and bar setting.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
Full-time OR part-time positions available with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
