Resident Support
Job Classification: Part-time. Non-Exempt
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Approximate hours: Flexible schedule available, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Location: Hatfield, PA

Worthwhile is a nonprofit organization committed to reaching and serving survivors of human trafficking through education and empowerment, vocational training, employment, and long-term safe housing.
The Well, a long-term residential restorative program for women 18 years and older in the tri-state area. This program offers a safe haven and care allowing women of any background a place to live where they can experience true healing.
Education and Experience
- Associate's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field preferred; or
- High School Diploma/GED with at least two years of direct service or trauma-related experience.
Licenses and Certifications
- Valid driver's license required.
- Clean driving record required.
- Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) or Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of trauma and trauma-informed care.
- Ability to work effectively with women in a residential setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and empathy.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations.
Physical and Work Requirements
- Ability to transport residents using a company vehicle.
- Ability to engage in daily resident activities and life-skills coaching.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- No overnight shifts required
