ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 after working with State Farm since 2018 as a team member and discovering a real passion for business ownership. Building something of my own—while helping others do the same—has been incredibly rewarding. I powered through my first year as an agent with both a toddler and a newborn at home, which reinforced how important resilience, flexibility, and support are in both work and life.
Community involvement is a big part of who we are. I’m active with Young Life, while my wife works with Young Lives supporting teen moms. We’re also involved in our local church and Chamber of Commerce, and we plan to host a dedicated service day as the agency continues to grow.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ashby Clark - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
