Bernheim Kelley Battista, LLC, has an opening for a Bilingual Pre- Suit Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager with 5+ years of experience. The firm is looking for a well-rounded candidate who can manage a high volume of cases, who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated.
This is a fully onsite position at Fort Lauderdale, Florida location.

Responsibilities
- Must be proactive and driven to close tasks and activities
- Processing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Advise attorneys with cost and time-effective recommendations to accomplish the client’s goals
- Able to examine legal documents to ensure all legal requirements have been met
- Able to interface with staff, attorneys, and outside vendors to manage the law firm’s caseload, present case summaries/updates, and ensure that deadlines are met
- Knowledge in drawing up legal documents for attorney review
- Support attorneys with all aspects of case management, including billing, docketing deadlines, medical records, and providing reminders as needed
Qualifications
- Pre- Suit Personal Injury Paralegal and Case Management with 5+ years of experience
- Must live in South Florida
- Must be experienced with MS Office
- Experienced in handling a high caseload
- Legal research and legal document drafting experience are critical
- Effective organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, are needed
- Ability to multitask and stay self-motivated
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet presentation, and case management software
Job Overview
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
