Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager
· A Restaurant Manager proactively manage operations including inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security, as well as ensuring brand standards/policies & procedures are followed
· A Restaurant Manager deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
· Restaurant Manager prepares reports for staff, food control, and sales
· Restaurant Managers create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development
Requirements of the Restaurant Manager
· 2 years or more Restaurant Management Experience
· Our Restaurant Managers have basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees
· A restaurant manager must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards
· Our Restaurant Managers have a hands-on management style
· Restaurant Manager’s need to be passionate about the hospitality industry
· Restaurant Managers should have a great Customer Focus
· Restaurant Manager have good Food Production Skills
· Our Restaurant Managers have a Current driver’s license
