CPMC, LLC is seeking skilled Training Specialists to join our team for an active government contract proposal with the Department of Navy. We are hiring for both Mid-Level and Senior-Level positions to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and productivity.

Conduct and supervise diverse training and development programs for employees and external customers.

Plan and develop training programs by identifying and assessing training needs through research and analysis.

Employ various training methods, including onthejob training, classroom training, elearning, multimedia programs, simulators, and workshops.

Prepare teaching materials and lesson plans, involving the class actively and issuing completion certificates.

Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities, responding to corporate and worker service requests.

Consult with onsite supervisors and serve as case managers in governmentsupported training programs, guiding clients through appropriate training methods.

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field.

Competent skills in performing moderately complex tasks independently, with guidance for complex tasks.

Proven ability to complete tasks on time to a satisfactory standard.
